Lemon Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 grated rind of lemon

Preparation

Cream the oleo with the sugar and add in this order the eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, egg and rind of lemon. Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes in 8 x 8 or 9 x 9-inch pan.
