Spaghetti Saucewith Or Without Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1 lb. cans of crushed tomatoes
    1 6oz. can of tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 large bay leaf
    Optional:
    1-2 lbs. Italian sausage
    and/or 1-2 lbs. beef brisket
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together in large pot.
    Stir well to mix paste.
    If using meat, slice sausage into six inch lengths.
    Beef brisket can stay whole or for quicker cooking cut into 2 inch wide strips the length of the brisket.
    Bring to boil stirring often, then simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours.
    Longer cooking adds more flavor and makes meat more tender.
    May be frozen and reheated for future meals.
    Makes 1-2 meals depending on family size.
    Serve over pasta.
