Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken Stove Top stuffing
6 c. diced zucchini
3 c. chopped carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chopped onion
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Saute zucchini, carrots and onion in oleo (approximately 5 minutes).
Add sour cream, soup and 1 can of water.
Mix stuffing mix as directed on package.
Stir in other ingredients.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup dry stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
