Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew meat, cut into bite size pieces
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    enough beef broth to cover meat
    1 small container sour cream
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    In a skillet, add oil.
    Put flour, salt and pepper in a baggie.
    Add meat a little at a time.
    Shake to coat.
    Add to hot oil and brown.
    Scrape all into crock-pot.
    Add enough beef broth to cover.
    Heat on high for 1 hour.
    Turn to low; let cook 6 to 8 hours (until meat is tender).
    Fifteen minutes before serving, add mushrooms.
    Cook either rice or noodles.
    Just before serving, add sour cream.
