Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda, added to milk
    1 c. yellow cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    4 to 6 Tbsp. oil, heated in skillet
    3 jalapeno peppers, minced
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix and bake in large iron skillet at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
