Meat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large carrot, grated
2/3 c. chopped celery
2 (9 or 10-inch) pie crusts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of oregano, cumin and marjoram (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat in oil lightly.
Add onion, garlic, celery and carrots.
Continue cooking until all browned.
Add soup, cheese and seasonings.
Thin with milk if necessary.
Line dish with pie crust.
Pour mixture into crust.
Top with second crust.
Cut 3 to 4 slits in crust.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until crust is desired shade of brown.
