Sweet 'N Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked cubed chicken
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 cans (13 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in deep skillet.
    Stir in pineapple chunks with syrup, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
    Add cooked chicken; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in green pepper; simmer 5 minutes longer.
    Serve over hot, cooked rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
