Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 to 8-inch) zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 large tomato, sliced
    1 summer (yellow) squash, sliced
    1 pkg. Washington brown broth, dissolved in 1 c. water
    shake of pepper
    croutons
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Butter a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine all but croutons and cheese.
    Top with croutons and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
