Mrs. Johnson'S Oriental Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans
1 can wax beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 (4 oz.) can cut up mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, cut up
1 medium size onion, cut up
1 stalk celery, cut
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation

In a large bowl, put the first 8 ingredients all drained. Heat the sugar and vinegar.
Pour the heated mixture over the vegetables. Toss several times until coated.
Chill before serving.
Will keep a week in refrigerator.
