Stir-Fried Shrimp Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 50 shrimp, peeled
    1 can Campbell's chicken broth
    1 bottle soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can fancy Chinese vegetables, drained in colander and rinsed
    1 large onion, sliced into thin slices
    1 large green pepper, sliced into thin slices
    1 large can chow mein noodles, toasted in oven
    rice, cooked to own taste
    oil for cooking
Preparation
    Heat frying pan with enough oil just to coat the surface.
    Add thinly sliced onion and green pepper.
    Cook only until onion is translucent.
    Do not overcook.
    Remove onion and green pepper from frying pan and drain on paper towel.
    Some oil will remain in the skillet.
