Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening, soft
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2-3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. rum flavor
    1 tsp. butter flavor
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs; stir in dry ingredients. Chill.
    Roll into walnut sized balls.
    Roll balls in mixture of 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    Bake 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
