Tortellini Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can chicken or beef broth
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cheese tortellini
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. corn starch
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Reserve 1 1/4 cups broth.
    Bring remaining broth to a boil in large pot.
    Add tortellini and cook until tender.
    Drain.
    In a small bowl, blend cornstarch into 1 1/4 cup of reserved broth.
    In a large saucepan, saute garlic and basil in margarine for 2 minutes over medium heat.
    Add cornstarch-broth mixture to the saucepan.
    Cook and stir until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Place tortellini in a serving dish and pour the broth- mixture and the Parmesan cheese into the serving dish and toss. Serve with toothpicks.
