Quick Summer Italian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 small fresh mushrooms
    1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
    1 large green pepper, cut into strips
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
    Remove stems and reserve for other uses.
    Combine mushroom caps and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Cover and chill.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
