Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
1 stick melted margarine
1 c. or more grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
pepper
Preparation

Defrost frozen hash browns.
Butter bottom of a large baking dish.
Add margarine to hash browns.
Mix together grated cheese, chicken soup, salt, green onions, sour cream and pepper.
Pour over potatoes and mix well.
Put in dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top and sprinkle with parsley.
Bake 5 more minutes.
