Inside Out Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, save liquid
    2 lbs. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can (1 lb.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell or elbow macaroni, cooked
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions on package, drain, saving liquid.
    Set aside.
    Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic in 1 Tbsp. oil.
    Add enough water to spinach liquid to make 1 cup. Add spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper to ground chuck mixture.
    Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach, cooked macaroni, cheese, eggs and 1/4 cup oil. Spread spinach mixture in a 10x9x2 inch baking dish.
    Spread meat mixture on top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
