Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground lean beef
    1/2 c. fine dry flavored bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1/2 can soup, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt.
    Shape firmly into loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
