Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe Micro-Roux
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. each: thyme, crushed bay leaves and salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 lb. peeled raw shrimp
Preparation
    Pour Micro-Roux into heavy pot over medium heat.
    Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp.
    Bring to a boil, then add shrimp and simmer about 10 minutes, uncovered.
    Stir, cover, turn off heat and let set about 15 minutes or more.
    Serve over fluffy rice (serves 6) with Jazzed-Up French Bread, steamed broccoli and Sensation Salad.
