Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
6 slices bread
6 eggs beaten
2 c. milk
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Break bread into bite size pieces.
Layer bread, sausage and cheese in greased casserole dish.
Pour egg and milk mixture over all.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Serves 6.
Serve with sliced tomatoes and cantaloupe.
