Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, scrubbed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried herbs or any spice (sage, chives, etc.)
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Carefully partially slice potatoes; lay a spoon to side to prevent cutting all the way through. Place in baking dish. Gently separate slices. Salt and pepper. Use herbs here. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with both cheeses and bake 10 minutes more. Should be lightly browned and cheese melted.
