Easy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Blue Bonnet vegetable oil spread
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral or elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. (20) Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

In saucepan over medium-high heat, melt 1/4 cup spread.
Blend in flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
Cook and stir one minute.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Combine cheese sauce and macaroni in 2 quart casserole dish.
Melt remaining spread; stir in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
