Carrie'S Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk lite or ham sausage
    8 oz. lite Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 can crescent rolls or 9-inch deep pie crust, unbaked
    3/4 c. milk, skimmed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble and cook sausage and drain well.
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish with crescent rolls, pressing perforations to seal, which forms bottom crust for mixture.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper together.
    Put sausage and cheese onto crust.
    Pour milk-egg mixture over all.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
