Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. onions, thinly sliced
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix together cracker crumbs and 1/2 stick of butter.
    Press into 8-inch pie plate.
    Chill.
    Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Spoon into crust.
    Mix lightly beaten eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over onions.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
