Noodle Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 small yellow squash, thinly sliced
    1 c. fresh broccoli florets
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large pot combine the celery, squash, broccoli florets, onion and chicken broth.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, prepare the pasta according to package directions and set aside.
    Stir the milk, cheese, salt and pepper into the vegetable mixture.
    Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes until thoroughly heated.
    Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
