Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    8 flour tortillas
    olives
    guacamole
Preparation
    Cube and cook chicken.
    In medium saucepan, heat soup (do not add milk or water).
    Stir in sour cream; stir until smooth. Reserve 1 cup of mixture.
    Fill each tortilla with chicken, cheese, onion and soup mixture.
    Roll up and place side-by-side in casserole dish.
    Pour reserved soup mixture over top of tortillas. Heat uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with guacamole and olives.
