Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 slice toast, shredded
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion, green pepper, toast, egg, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Mold.
    Combine 1/2 cup tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and dry mustard.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
