Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. honey
    1 can milk, chilled
    crushed vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients together, then add the honey. Mix well.
    Refrigerate until it starts to thicken.
    Add the milk. Whip well.
    Add the Jell-O.
    Beat again.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with crushed vanilla wafers.
    Add wafers on top also.
    Let set at least 1 hour before serving.
    Serves 10 or 12.
