Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. diced bell pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. Success rice
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
6 to 8 oz. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together ground meat, onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic.
Brown in skillet, stirring often.
Prepare package of rice according to directions. When cooked, add can of black-eyed peas and tomatoes along with grated cheese.
Blend with the ground meat mixture.
Season to taste.
Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in conventional oven or 15 to 20 minutes in microwave.
