Hash Brown Pork Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 (32 oz.) frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
    2 c. cubed cooked pork
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
    3 green pepper rings
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine sour cream and soup. Stir in hash browns, pork, cheese and onion. Transfer to a greased 3-quart baking dish. Toss cornflake crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes longer. Garnish with green pepper.
