Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin chops
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Sear the chops on both sides in a hot skillet which has a cover.
    Add all the remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly.
    Cook very gently until the chops are tender, about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
    Serves 4.
