Our Favorite Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    scrubbed crab shells
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. half and half
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    wine to taste
    1 lb. crab meat
    salt
    pepper
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Sauteing half the onion in margarine, gradually add the flour and half and half to make a thick white sauce.
    Season with white wine and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
    Add hot sauce, salt and pepper.
    Add 1 pound crab meat.
    Fill shells, cover with bread crumbs and pour on melted margarine.
