Italian-Seasoned Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. frozen cut broccoli or Italian style mixed vegetables
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
    1/3 c. dry Italian seasoning bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In a large strainer, rinse vegetables to thaw.
    Place in 1 3/4-quart casserole dish.
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
    Combine bread crumbs and cheese.
    Roll chicken in crumb mixture.
    Arrange chicken pieces on top of vegetables.
    Sprinkle chicken with paprika and remaining bread crumbs.
    Cover and cook at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour or until chicken is tender.
    Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes.
