Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, thinly sliced
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 small onion, diced
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese or 9 slices
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender and drain.
    In saucepan,
    melt margarine; saute onion until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and celery salt.
    Add milk; cook until thickened. Place half of the carrots in a greased 3-quart casserole dish; add the cheese.
    Then add second half of carrots.
    Pour sauce over all.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
