Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 jar process cheese spread
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet saute onion, celery and broccoli in margarine for 3 minutes.
    Stir in cheese, soup and milk, stirring until smooth.
    Place rice in a greased baking dish. Pour cheese-vegetable mix over top of rice.
    Do not mix or stir.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
