Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown (Ore-Ida) potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can celery soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until it bubbles.
