Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 1/2 oz. jar) dried beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. (3 oz. can) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Rinse dried beef in hot water; drain and chop.
    Cook onion in margarine until tender.
    Stir in milk and cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
    Add dried beef and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 2 cups.
