Ingredients

5 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 (12 oz.) can Pet milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
8 to 10 c. milk
5 egg whites
Preparation

Beat egg yolks in bowl until frothy.
Add sugar, whipping cream and evaporated milk.
Beat well until sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla, salt and half of the milk; mix well.
