Phadiaho(Mexican Spaghetti) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. angel hair noodles
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 garlic cloves
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. Rose wine
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    10 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Fry noodles in olive oil, stirring constantly until golden brown.
    Add celery, onion, mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, wine, water and raw ground beef.
    Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender and ground beef is cooked.
    Then add cheese, 1 slice at a time, mixing well.
    It's ready and it's good.
