Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, packed in water
    1 c. mayonnaise (low-fat)
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Drain and mash artichokes.
    Blend artichokes with mayonnaise and lemon juice in blender.
    Add cheese and garlic.
    Serve with crackers or chips.
