City Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 lb. veal, cut into 1-inch pieces
    beaten eggs
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Use wooden skewers; alternate pork with veal.
    Dip into beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
    Brown in frying pan.
    Pour in drippings and bake in a covered pan in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes.
