Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 oz.) jars dried beef, minced
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper (optional)
    1 c. chopped, sauteed pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Place in ovenproof serving dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Garnish if desired. Serve hot with crackers.
    Serves 25.
