Bourbon Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 oz. bourbon whiskey
Topping

Preparation

Bake sweet potatoes until tender.
Peel and beat with electric mixer.
Add butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and whiskey.
Mix well and place in a greased casserole.
