Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherries, pitted
    3 oranges
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced pineapple
    5 bananas
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cream, whipped
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cut fruits in small pieces, pouring the lemon juice over bananas. Let stand 10 minutes. Then mix all the fruits together. Sweeten to taste and let stand 10 minutes more. Drain all the juice from the fruits and mix in mayonnaise, then fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture into refrigerator trays and freeze. Serve on crisp lettuce. Serves 6 to 8.
