Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water, following package directions and drain.
Place macaroni in large bowl and add vegetables.
Add enough mayonnaise to blend salad and seasoning to taste.
Chill, then serve.
Makes 6 servings.
