Bagna Cauda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tray of cut vegetables for dipping
    Italian bread sticks
    2 c. heavy cream
    4 Tbsp. butter
    8 flat anchovy fillets, drained, rinsed and chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in the casserole over low heat; add anchovies and sour cream.
    Bring sauce to a simmer, stirring constantly.
    Do not let boil.
    Serve at once accompanied by cold vegetables and bread sticks.
