Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. prepared peppers
    8 to 9 bell peppers, omit part of bell pepper and add hot pepper to taste
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 box Sure-Jell
    3 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix peppers, vinegar and Sure-Jell.
    Bring to hard boil.
    Add sugar and bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
    Pour into hot sterilized 1/2-pint jars and seal.
