Chicken And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (8 halves)
4 Tbsp. olive oil
paprika and salt to taste
1/2 c. sherry
1 can black olives (whole)
4 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Remove chicken skin. Sprinkle with paprika and salt. Brown in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Place in casserole. Arrange artichoke hearts and black olives around them. Add broth. Brown mushrooms in 2 tablespoons oil. Sprinkle with flour. Add sherry. Bring to boil; simmer 1 minute. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
