Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 bag plain Doritos or Tostitos
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans milk
1 sq. Monterey Jack cheese
1 chopped onion
Preparation

Make layer of corn chips, layer of chicken and layer of onion (lightly sprinkled).
Make layer of cheese.
Continue layering until ingredients are used up.
Let soup and milk cream together and warm until no longer lumpy.
Pour over completed layers.
Top with remaining cheese.
Cook in convection oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or microwave 10 to 15 minutes.
