Beet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. canned beets, diced
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Blend and mix well the Crisco, eggs and sugar.
    Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda, then add to first mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    May be served plain or with Cream Cheese Frosting.
