Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
    3/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Mix together and pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with margarine; pour on top of vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
