Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices (cook to tender-crisp)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and chill overnight.
